Studio Strength: Next six-week session begins May 12
For group strength training, we offer Studio Strength, in several styles, each designed to provide specific benefits. Fitness professionals agree that strength-training programs should be altered on a periodic basis. Studio Strength is designed to complement other strength-training programs. The small group format allows for individual instruction. Participants are never obligated to work outside their own comfort zones. Limited to six participants per session. Studio Strength programs are two punches on the Studio Pass.

Studio Cycling
For cardiovascular conditioning, we offer Studio Cycling, in several styles, each designed to provide specific benefits.  Fitness professionals agree that varying intensities (50-90% of maximum heart rate), frequencies (3-5 times per week) and modes each week is the ideal way to improve overall heart health. Studio Cycling is designed to complement other forms of aerobic exercise. Each session is an individual workout in a group setting. Participants are never obligated to work outside of their own comfort zones. Limited to 12 participants per session. Pre-registration is recommended to guarantee participation.
