New! Introducing Peace and Good Eating! Six-Week Ultimate Wellness Series
 Most of us know by now that diets don't work - why would they? Who thrives on deprivation? Our new six-week series will provide you with holistic, common-sense techniques for balancing your body and improving your health, fitness, and energy level. You will learn how to deconstruct your cravings, and how to gently transition from foods and thought processes that deplete you, to new patterns of eating and being that nourish and support you. You'll get savvy about the politics of our food system, get introduced to delicious, whole-foods nutrition, and get inspired to realize your best self!
Your instructor is Jen Moiles, a certified holistic health counselor (and a Power Yoga instructor at Wachusett Fitness). The program includes five hour-long sessions and a tour of the Living Earth natural health food store in Worcester.

4. Beat the Sugar Blues
You'll learn how to understand sugar and sugar alternatives, and deconstruct your cravings.
5. Living Earth Tour - Shopping tips
You'll learn about the LE philosophy, cost-saving strategies, and the difference between organic and local products.
6. Staying Healthy with the Seasons
In this introduction to ayurveda, you'll learn about body type analysis and how to put together a seasonal shopping list.
