SUE DONOFRIO has been practicing yoga for more than 10 years and is certified through Fitness Resource Associates, accredited by the National Yoga Alliance. Using her training in yoga with fitness objectives in mind, Sue emphasizes proper breathing, alignment of the body, and focusing of the mind to enhance overall performance and health.
Sue leads a Power Yoga program at Wachusett Fitness on Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m.
