JEN MOILES is trained in the Baptiste Power Vinyasa method, which she has adopted as a daily practice for its far-reaching and holistic benefits of heightened awareness, physical health, mental clarity, and emotional centering. With certifications through AFAA and ACE, Jen has been working in the fitness industry for more than 15 years and has traveled the U.S. and Canada training group fitness instructors in mind/body disciplines. Jen is also a certified holistic health counselor and member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She believes that healthy living is an art form: an expression of how we relate to ourselves, our life circumstances, and nature. In addition to her wellness industry credentials, she is a wife (to a very cool guy), mother of two awesome children, and an avid cyclist.
Jen leads a Power Yoga program at Wachusett Fitness on Fridays at 10 a.m.
Focusing on strength and flexibility, Power Yoga features postures that are intended to create a high level of energy and vitality. Balancing strength of body with strength of mind, this safe, yet challenging workout is appropriate for all fitness levels.
