LORI L’ECUYER of Jefferson is an NASM-certified personal trainer and Madd Dogg-certified cycling instructor, with additional certifications from Body Training Systems and AFAA. A 15-year veteran of the fitness industry and recent addition to the Wachusett Fitness team, Lori is up for any challenge, be it her Mary Kay business or the Bay State Marathon. She and her husband, Tim, have three children.
Lori is available for private or small-group training by appointment. She also leads Studio Cycling: Lean Rider (Wednesdays at 4:30 p.m.), Optimum Performance Training (Thursdays at 5:45 a.m. and Saturdays at 9:30 a.m.), Studio Cycling: Strong Rider (Fridays at 5:45 a.m.) and Studio Cycling: X-Country Rider (Saturdays at 8:15 a.m., a one-hour session).
Strong Rider: The resistance is cranked up and the cadence slows down, with a hill-climbing, endurance-building power ride. Strong Rider is guaranteed to improve mental stamina in an action-packed trek to the summit!
X-Country Rider: A challenging physical pursuit to optimal fitness. Cross Country Rider spans several intensity zones, using various resistances, cadences and recovery intervals to enhance cardiovascular fitness.
Optimum Performance Training (OPT): Incorporates flexibility, cardiovascular, core, balance, reactive, speed, agility, quickness, and strength in every workout.
