STACIE LAVINE of Holden is our Program Director as well as our STOTT-trained Pilates instructor. She is an ACE-certified group fitness instructor, and holds additional certifications in Johnny G Spinning and Les Mills programs. When she's not at Wachusett Fitness, she is an involved Bancroft School and Holden Youth Soccer parent; she and her husband, Alan, have one son and one daughter. She holds an MBA from Northeastern University.
Stacie is available by appointment for one-on-one STOTT personal training, using the Reformer and other equipment.
In addition, Stacie leads STOTT Pilates Mat Essentials, available Mondays at 7 p.m., Thursdays at 7 p.m., and Fridays at 9 a.m.
