Personal Training

Our studio philosophy is based on the National Academy of Sports
Medicine's Optimum Performance Training (OPT) protocol, designed to
support daily living activities, improve sports performance, and
prevent injuries.

Your trainer will guide you through natural movement patterns that
are relevant to your lifestyle, and things that you do every day:
climbing stairs, standing up from a chair, getting into the car. These
tasks may seem trivial, but over a lifetime, poor movement patterns
lead to back pain, tightness, joint damage, fatigue, and soreness.

We'll remove the guesswork, and you'll experience renewed energy
while building a stronger, leaner body, in an approach designed to
provide quicker results while encouraging a long-term fitness lifestyle.

Sports-specific training is also available for swimming, biking, running,
triathlon, golfing, skiing, tennis, and other sports. Regular training
rates apply.
