Group Training allows participants to experience the group dynamic, while
receiving the results and attention associated with personal training -- at a fraction
of the cost, and with the convenience of web-based appointment scheduling.

OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE TRAINING (OPT)
Incorporates core stability, strength, flexibility, balance, cardiovascular, reactive,
and agility training into every workout. OPT builds functional fitness needed for
everyday life, improves sports performance for athletes, and helps to prevent
injuries. 12-week series limited to six participants.

STUDIO CYCLING
We are pleased to be the first studio in Massachusetts to offer Real Ryders,
"unstationary" bikes that deliver a unique 5 in 1 workout: cardiovascular, core
conditioning, balance, legs, and upper body in a challenging, non-impact workout,
using varying resistance and intensity, cadences, and recovery intervals to
enhance fitness. Guaranteed to burn more calories and provide a more authentic
ride for seasoned veterans as well as beginners. Sessions are 60 minutes and are
limited to 12 participants.
Member 20-pack: $100 • Non-Member 20-pack: $200

FUSION
Get it all in 60 minutes by combining strength and cardiovascular exercise in
intervals. This approach keeps the heart rate elevated in the fat-burning zone
during the strength components, while improving endurance, balance and agility.
It's the perfect solution for on-the-go clients who understand the importance of a
balanced approach to fitness.
